At Styled by Marsha, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The item delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Return request must be raised within 1 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Proof of issue (photos/video) must be shared via email or WhatsApp.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Sale / discounted items
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Accessories / intimate wear (if applicable)
• Products damaged after use

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refund will be made to the original payment method or as store credit (if preferred).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Exchanges

We offer exchange only for:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged product received

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
